Booking conditions:

1. The following booking conditions are generally used.

If the cottage owner has additional conditions, they will be sent with the invoice.

2. The owner is responsible for all cottage information published on the corresponding cottage page.

3. The invoice will be sent after confirmation by the owner.

- The booking fee must be paid within 3 days. The booking fee paid is non-refundable.

- The final payment must be made no later than 6 weeks before arrival.

- If the invoice is not paid on schedule the order will be canceled and a 40e processing fee will be charged.

4. Cancellation:

- The balance paid will be refunded if any cancellation occurs 28 days prior to arrival.

- Subsequent cancellations will not be refunded.

- Payment will be refunded no later than 7 days before arrival if the customer himself or a person living with him / her in the same household becomes ill, has an accident or dies. In this case, the customer is entitled to a refund of the amount paid, except for the prepayment and any service fee. Cancellations must be notified immediately to the person responsible for the booking and must be proven in a reliable way, eg by a medical certificate.

- Transferring days is always a "new booking". During a pandemic, relocation of the period is by arrangement, depending on the owner of the property. Processing fee 20-40e.
